스페인 바스크 지역 출신 밴드 Berri Txarrak(English: Bad News)은 1994년 결성되어
2017년 현재까지 활발한 활동을 이어오고 있는 3인조 얼터너티브, 하드 록 밴드이다.
2017년 발매한 정규 앨범 [Infrasoinuak]을 포함해 총 아홉개의 스튜디오 앨범을 가지고 있으며,
시원시원한 음악과 출중한 라이브 실력으로 Hellfest, Resurrection Fest, Garorock Festival 등
해외 유명 페스티벌들에 참가했다. 또한 Rise Against의 투어 서포트 밴드로 오랜 기간 활동하기도 했다.
Berri Txarrak is an alternative hard rock band founded in 1994 in Basque, Spain.
Known for splicing melodic hardcore and stoner rock into their punk DNA,
Berri Txarrak has played the world's biggest music festivals including Hellfest, Resurrection Fest, Fuji Rock, and SXSW,
and, for years, performed as main tour support for Rise Against. With a history spanning over 20 years, tours around the world,
9 studio albums and 1 documentary film, the band will play Busan to celebrate the release of their latest, 2017's Infrasoinuak.

천방지축 어리둥절 빙글빙글 바스타즈! 화려한 도시의 밤을 노닐던, 30대 남자들의 끝나지않은 청춘의 이야기.
2017년,2월. 드러머 함진우와 보컬 성기명을 중심으로 4명의 남자들이 모였다.
대충 모여서 놀아보자는 말에 심지어 한 멤버는 기타와 케이블만 달랑 들고 나왔다.
그렇게 부산 문현동의 조그만 합주실로 모인 네 사람은 합주 한 시간 뒤, 격양된 표정으로 밖으로 나와,
커피로 건배하며 밴드 이름으로 쓸만한 단어들을 생각나는 대로 쏟아냈다.
그렇게 더 바스타즈(the Vastards)가 탄생.
여전히 POP과 PUNK. 인간의 이상과 실체. 나와 너의 경계에서 씨름 중인, 아직 록밴드의 낭만을 믿는 그들의 행보를 기대해 보자.
Still true believers in the romance of playing in a rock and roll band,
The Vastards blend pop and punk, as well as big dreams and harsh realities,

With two singles released, “Sugar Free” and "End of Summer" in May and September 2017,
the Vastards are ready for their full length debut.
